Checks whether exactly one of the formparts has a value.

Variable	Type	Mode	Default	Description
wmformpart	Multiple Parameter	Required (2 or more formparts)	-	The formparts to validate.
novalue	Message	-	-	Message that is returned if none of the formparts has a value OR more than one formpart has a value.

Example usage:

• Payment method (Bank account number OR Postal bank account number OR Credit card number).
