Checks whether a field on a form has been filled in.

Variable	Type	Mode	Default	Description
wmformpart	Parameter	Required	-	The formpart to validate.
novalue	Message	-	-	Message that is returned if the field has not been filled in.

Example usage:

• In an e-mail the recipient and the subject are required.
• For identification the last name, date of birth, and passport number have to be provided.
