Checks whether a formpart value parses as a float.

wmformpart	Parameter	Required	-	The formpart to validate (a float).
notafloat	Message	-	-	If the 'wmformpart' isn't a floating number.

Example usage:

• Height (no characters allowed).
• Percentage (only the value, not the % sign).
